Manuel A. Paulino, 86, passed at home on April 8th surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Maria E. Paulino. They would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on the 4th of July. He was the son of the late Manuel and Elvira (Aguiar) Paulino. He immigrated to the United States in 1969 settling and remaining in Pawtucket until his passing.
He had been employed by the former Castellucci and Sons for over 25 years until his retirement. Manuel was known to the community as an avid walker, enjoyed gardening and spending time with his loving family.
Besides his wife Maria, he is survived by his five children, Antonio Paulino, Maria Beaulieu, Eduarda Pereira, her husband Antonio, Manuel L. Paulino, his wife Cresilda and Lucy Paulino, two brothers, Jose de Medeiros and Vidal de Medeiros, 12 grandchildren, Justyne, Serena, Bryan, Jeremy, Cristina, Andrew, Benjamin, Samantha, Nickolas, Natalie, Callie and Michael, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Manuel was the brother of the late Estefania Cordeiro,
Eduarda Faria, Estrella Ventura and Rose Senra.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 11th from 5pm until 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. His funeral will be held Tuesday, April 12th at 8:30am in the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Church, Lawn Ave., Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery.
